What should I expect to experience if I get involved in this student ministry?
We believe in the Word of God in it's entirety. We believe that "Life is meant to be lived in one direction." Forward! We encourage our young people to pursue God and not settle for yesterdays experience. We have great outlets of ministry for any young person. We have drama teams, a youth band, tech team, outreaches, and discipleship classes. We attend summer camp, state and national fine arts, bible quiz competitions, youth conferences, summer mission trips, and we strive on being the hands and feet of Jesus to our community.
When does our college and 20's meet?
Our college and 20's meet on average twice a month. Most of our college students join our Wednesday night services, but also attend special services or events for their age group. We generally meet two Friday's a month. Check our online calendar.
What kind of events, services, or social connections do you offer?
Our Union group goes snow skiing, white water rafting, camping, out to eat nights, movie nights, camps, conventions, beach trips, and much more. We also meet at least once a month in our Youth Auditorium for a night of food, worship, and a strong challenge from the Word of God. We often have special musical artists and special speakers.
